The 2026 Gate River Run takes place Saturday, March 7th with a start time of 8am at the Jacksonville Shipyard on E. Bay St.
The course winds through Downtown, San Marco, and St. Nicholas before climbing the Hart Bridge — the “Green Monster” — in the final two miles. Finish line is back at the Shipyard.
