Sunset Yoga + Soundbath on The USS Orleck Flight Deck

Move, breathe, and recharge on the open flight deck of the USS Orleck as the sun sets over the St. Johns River. Led by yoga instructor Susan Kniseley Foy and sound bath practitioner Diana Vasquez, this 75-minute session combines guided yoga flow with restorative soundbath frequencies beneath the open sky.
