Doom Gong formed in Louisville in 2022, seven music-school players deep, and call what they do denim psych: psychedelic rock run through jazz fusion, prog, bedroom pop, lo-fi and a bit of contemporary classical.
They have three rock-opera LPs and a live album out, and have shared stages with Amyl and the Sniffers, The Black Angels, BADBADNOTGOOD and King Buffalo, plus Treefort and Sled Island. Armadillo Operator open.
